RIFTEK - Wheel and Rail Wear Measuring Systems

Electronic gauge is designed for measuring wheel rolling circle diameter. Measurements are made directly on rolling stock without wheel set roll-out.

The laser wheel Profilometer measures geometrical parameters of the wheel flange (thickness, slope and height) and tire thickness, taking a full profile of the wheel roll surface.

Electronic gauge is designed for measuring back-to-back distance of railway, metro and tram wheels in the course of check-up, examination, repair and formation of wheel sets

PDA based handheld instrument is employed for laser scanning and measurement of brake disks wear parameters.
